If you wish to make an exchange, go to your account ‘here’, click on :

- Make a return request",
Enter your 6-digit ‘Order number’ (e.g. 221998), then your ‘Order email’. Select the product(s) and tick the ‘Exchange the item’ option. Once your exchange request has been registered, your new order will be sent upon receipt of your return parcel at our workshop.
