For deliveries in mainland France: Returns are free.
Returns are to be declared in the “Orders” section of your customer account on the website.
An email with the Colissimo return slip will then be sent to you. Part of this slip is to be stuck on the return parcel while the other part is to be kept as proof of postage, guaranteeing you compensation for the products’ actual market value in the event of the theft or the loss of these goods.
In addition, the Customer is reminded that no refund can be given before the relevant item(s) have been received and their condition has been checked.
Returned products must be returned in their original condition and in their entirety (product label, accessories, cover, etc.). Products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in a state of perfect cleanliness, they cannot have been worn or used, nor have suffered any damage. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be refunded.
The return is offered within the limit of one return per order, delivered in Metropolitan France.
If the Customer wishes to make an additional return on an order that has already been returned, the Customer must contact Customer Services to validate the request. It should be noted that shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
