To return your order delivered outside Metropolitan France (excluding delivery to the United Kingdom and the United States) :
If you wish to return an item, we invite you to follow the procedure below.
To make a return :
1) Go to your account "here", click on :
- "My orders",
- "Detail"
- "Make a return request",
select the product(s) to be returned, then click on "return this product(s)".
2) An email containing a return slip will then be sent to you.
3) Slide your return slip inside your package and stick the label on your package.
4) Drop off your parcel at the postal centre.
Upon receipt of the parcel and subject to the control of the items, we will proceed with the refund directly on the means of payment used for the purchase.
Please note that for orders delivered outside Metropolitan France, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you paid with a voucher or e-gift card, it will be recreated.
We invite you to carefully keep the proof of deposit, in case of complaint.
The returned products must be returned in their original condition and in their entirety (product label, accessories, cover, etc.). The products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in a state of perfect cleanliness, they must not have been worn or used, nor have they suffered any deterioration. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be refunded.
If your order was delivered to the UK or US, please follow the procedure below :
To make a return, we invite you to :
1) Attach your delivery slip (originally in your package) to your return package, on which you will have circled the products to be returned.
2) Return the items with the carrier of your choice as soon as possible (DHL, Fedex, UPS, we recommend you select a delivery tracking) to the following address :
