If your order is delivered to a store, you will receive an email confirming that your parcel is now available in store. You can collect it with your order number and your ID.
If your order is delivered to a Point Relais, the carrier will send you an email and/or a text message to inform you of the arrival of your parcel at the Point Relais; you’ll need your ID to collect your parcel.
If your order is delivered by Colissimo, you will receive an email informing you of the delivery date of your order. The parcel will be delivered in person or through the letterbox if you are absent. If the dimensions of the parcel make it impossible to deliver it through a letterbox, a card will be left for you.
If, despite receiving confirmation, you haven’t received your order, you can contact Customer Service by email at email@example.com or by telephone on +33 (0) 1 81 69 57 24 (price of a local call, when calling from France) from 9am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 5pm (CET), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We will open an investigation with our carrier to locate your package as soon as possible and offer you a personalised solution.
